can i catch hepatitis b from my partner (who is a carrier) by giving him head? but i stop before any sperm comes out? can i catch it with just contact with his penis as well?

Yes, its unlikely to get it from oral sex, but not impossible. However, you should know that there IS in fact a vaccine for Hepatites B, why don t you simply take the vaccine? Communicable diseases can be acquired even if you stop before any sperm comes out. However, hepatitis is quite hard to acquire through sexual contact. I advise you to use condoms for extra protection.
