I really doubt it. Your nuts might shrink. If you want to treat just put a plank under your dick and tie your dick to the tip so it stays stretched out...idk what else to do it.

Can or Does your penis shrink if you have HYPOGONADISM? -
I have low testosterone and I think my penis is shrinking? Is this treatable and reversable?
