You didn t give yourself HPV by masturbating. You catch that by being intimate with someone who already has it. Is it possible that you re circumcised? And you didn t use lube? And it took a while? The friction with those conditions can cause some little tears. If this is the case, you ll be fine, just give it rest for a day or two - and start using lube.
