You do not know that you are not the man girls want. I don t think penis size matters at all. If you take care of yourself and are attractive and loving -- then a 3 inch penis is as good as a 13 inch one. There are 2 surgeries available; one adds fatty tissue to increase length and girth, one cuts a piece of cartilage, lowering the penis. Pumps and weights causes disfiguration and thinning so avoid those. The first surgery would help reduce some sensitivity so that might help with your other problem.

There is a surgery about that! But will enlarge 1-2 cm. If you re up to 14-15 cm you re OK! I don t recommend pumps, cause i saw one that using and it s bit of scary, really ugly, it causes malformations!
